The Application Process

We keep the cohort small so every participant gets a real experience. This process exists to make sure the programme is right for you, and for the peers you will learn alongside.

Tell us who you are, where you work, and share what is the next move you are working toward? The application only takes five minutes.

2. Alignment call* (Optional)
A 20-minute conversation with our experts. We talk through your situation, concerns and assess whether the programme genuinely serves you. If it does not, we will say so upfront - which helps you assess the right fit for yourself.

3. Seat confirmation
If the fit is right on both sides, your seat is held for 48 hours. Once the payment is received, we book a seat in the Nov-Dec 2026 cohort. In case of delay and if the application window closes, we share the next cohort dates with you.

FAQs.
Q. Is the time commitment realistic alongside a demanding role?
A. The programme is designed for working professionals with a growth mindset. People who are keen, curious and ready to invest their time for future growth. It runs across four weekly sessions, 20 to 22 hours of live time. The rest 5 to 7 hours is for self-paced study material. And the 3-hour personalised roadmap and 1:1 coaching session with Kshama, scheduled as per your convenience within an 8-week window. The concentrated format is deliberate, and facilitates time commitments for busy professionals.
Q. What level is this suitable for?
A. This is aimed at mid-career professionals with 12 to 20 years of experience.
Q. What is the size of the cohort? Can we keep it individual as well?
A. The programme is intentionally kept for a small group, to focus on individual growth and cross-cohort learning.
Q. What happens if I miss a session?
A. The programme is designed to be attended in full. The value of a small cohort comes from the discussion, the case debrief, and expert coaching and those require presence. However, if a genuine conflict arises for a single session, we will discuss it.
Q. Can we get the videos of the session for future references?
A. Yes. Recordings of the live classes are shared with participants through a private, access-controlled link for personal reference after each class. We still encourage you to attend all six classes live, since the discussion, case debrief and application exercise are where most of the learning happens.
Q. How is this different from a formal institute-led executive programme?
A. A formal institute-led executive programme runs for ten to eleven months and is usually designed for broader audiences, so it rarely covers the realities of working in a capability centre or includes personal coaching. Vidyaara Momentum is built entirely around your environment and the emerging requirements of GCC talent and its pedagogy is designed around individual coaching.
Q. Will there be any guest sessions?
A. Yes. Two industry leaders join for fireside conversations during the cohort, sharing perspectives from their own experience navigating exactly the kind of transition this programme is built around.
Q. What does the programme cost?
A. The program is currently priced at INR 35000 (US$370). However we have some group offers and customisation offers with additional executive coaching sessions.
Q. Can my employer sponsor my seat?
A. Yes. We can provide details to support your organisation's internal approval.
